I like this dealership. It is not convenient for me to go there but I do because I believe they treat me right and I trust them.

I called La Fontaine Toyota and they were honest and answered all my questions. I had my brakes done. I could have done them myself, but I was on vacation. So I inspected them and the rotors looked good so I knew they did not need to be machined. The service guy called me after their inspection and said it just needs the pads. Great I will be back to La Fontaine Toyota because of the honesty.

Sandy is the service advisor and she is absolutely superb. I work in a service business and she could certainly teach people what customer service is all about. I also always feel very comfortable...people are very friendly...I recommend it to everyone I know!
